Are you looking for an inspiring and modern rehearsal room for your next performance? Are you looking for a stylish atmosphere for your next release? Do you need a large, high-ceilinged space to hatch creative ideas together with others? Would you like to offer a training course or workshop but haven't found the ideal location yet or need an alternative at short notice? Depending on availability and the occasion, we are also happy to rent our space to companies and private individuals.

SPACE
Das LOT in the former granary has a representative signal effect on the outside and industrial charm on the inside. The historic core has been equipped with modern technology and offers the very best production conditions on two levels:

What is conceived, designed and planned on the gallery above can be worked out, tested and presented directly on the first floor. The direct proximity to the street also makes it possible to open the doors spontaneously and invite walk-in audiences in at any time. During events, the gallery functions as a backstage area or second stage.

Das LOT is currently under construction and the equipment is constantly being expanded and supplemented:

Dance floor, platforms, 50 chairs, conference tables, costume racks, Molton,
underfloor heating, ventilation, lounge, kitchen, barr. WC, shower, changing room, flipchart, PA, spotlights, high voltage current, lighting console, mixing console, accessories (cables, plugs, etc.), tools, etc.
