Structure & Responsibilities
LOT is operated through a collaboration between two independent legal entities:
LOT Produktionsstudio e.U. is responsible for website operations, space management, external rentals, technical infrastructure, and organizational processes.
ECHOLOT Kulturverein is responsible for artistic content, cultural programs, events, and collaborations with artists, initiatives, and partner organizations.
Most events are organized by ECHOLOT Kulturverein or in collaboration with partner associations and event organizers.
The website is managed technically and organizationally by LOT Produktionsstudio e.U.; content and event information are partly created and published in collaboration with ECHOLOT Kulturverein.

Terms of Condition/House Rules
Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to events, venue use, rentals, bookings, and other services provided by LOT Produktionsstudio e.U. / Das LOT.
By entering or using the premises, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Operational Structure
Das LOT is a cooperatively operated cultural and event space with a hybrid business model:
Space management, rentals, and technical services are provided by LOT Produktionsstudio e.U.
The artistic program, cultural content, and art & cultural events are organized by the non-profit cultural association ECHOLOT or in cooperation with external event organizers.
House Rules & Safety
All users and event organizers agree to comply with the house rules, safety guidelines, fire safety regulations, evacuation routes, and official requirements.
For public events, the provisions of the Vienna Event Act apply.
Instructions from the LOT team, security, and the Awareness Team must be followed.
Awareness & Code of Conduct
The LOT is committed to being a space that is sensitive to discrimination and respectful of all.
By participating in events, visitors, artists, organizers, and external teams agree to abide by the LOT Code of Conduct.
In particular, the following will not be tolerated:

LOT reserves the right to exclude individuals from events or from using the premises in the event of violations.
Events & Responsibility
Organizers bear organizational responsibility for their events and agree to comply with all safety-related and legal requirements.
Depending on the size of the event, an awareness or security plan may be required.
Use of Spaces & Infrastructure
Spaces, technology, and equipment must be treated with care. Damage or technical issues must be reported immediately.
Open flames, smoking, and endangering people or infrastructure are prohibited.
Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Photography, video, or audio recording at Das LOT must comply with privacy rights and data protection regulations. Event organizers are required to clearly inform guests of these requirements.
Liability
Participation in events is always at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to make program changes, reschedule, or cancel events.
Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies.
