NOIR CLUB NIGHT #5: MORWAN / DENEVER / VIKOWSKI

Morwan, originally formed in 2019 in Kyiv, Ukraine by Alex Ashtaui and now based in Berlin, is a post-punk act known for its dynamic and dark sound, often incorporating elements of folk and ethno music. Their music is characterized by formidable drumming, rhythmic bass, deep atmospheric synthesizers, cyclic guitar parts, and piercing folk instruments, all woven together to create a chaotic primitive dance atmosphere.

Morwan has released three full-length albums on labels such as Feel It Records, Detriti Records, Reclusion Records, and Death Shadow, and has performed multiple festivals and concerts across Europe since 2022. They are currently continuing their collaboration with Feel It Records, based in Cincinnati, USA.
