About the event
About the class: This class offers an open and supportive space to explore and develop your individual movement language. Through improvisation, we’ll dive into different ways of moving, discovering how our unique expressions can connect and resonate with others. Each session will culminate in learning a short choreographic sequence, allowing the creative process to unfold collectively. It’s a weekly opportunity to move, learn, and grow together — I warmly invite you to join this journey with us.
All levels are welcome. Do not forget to bring your favourite person and training cloths with you!
