Ways of Seeing
How do we see the world and perceive the world differently? Artistic expression offers a lens to how people around us see and receive the world. Have you experienced seeing other’s expressions (drawing, music, words) and have a “Wow! You can actually see it this way!”
This Lab we explore the “Ways of Seeing” through 3 different simple but fun activities with in 1.5 hours:
● seeing through observation by drawing the same object from different viewpoints;
● seeing through language by drawing from a spoken description;
● seeing through sound by translating music into marks and movement.
